Vivo, the Chinese Smartphone Manufacturer has finally announced the much awaited Vivo X20 Plus UD, World’s first smartphone with an under display fingerprint sensor at a launch event China. the highlight feature of the device is that it is World’s first smartphone with an under display fingerprint sensor.
To quickly recall, the Vivo X20 Plus UD is the same device which was unveiled as World’s first smartphone to sport a Fingerprint sensor embedded right into the display at the recently held CES 2018 in Las Vegas.

The Vivo X20 Plus UD bears 6.43-inch (2160 x 1080 p) Full HD+ 18:9 Super AMOLED display powered by an 2.2GHz Octa Core Snapdragon 660 Mobile Platform paired with 4GB RAM and Adreno 512 GPU. the device runs on FunTouch operating system 3.2 based on Android 7.1 Nougat update and is packed with 128GB of on-board storage with storage expansion up-to 256GB via MicroSD card.

On the optics front, the device sports dual rear camera setup which is a combination of a 12-megapixel primary camera with LED flash, f/1.8 aperture, optical image stabilization, and 5-megapixel secondary camera. on the front, there’s an 12-megapixel front-facing selfie shooter with soft LED flash and f/2.0 aperture.
The device is juiced by an 3,900 mAh battery with fast charging support and includes connectivity options such as Hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano/microSD), 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and 3.5mm audio jack. the device measures at 165.2 × 80.02 × 7.35 mm and weights at 183.1 grams.
The Vivo X20 Plus UD is priced at ¥3598 (approx. $570 or ₹ 36,000) and will be available starting from February 1 via the company’s online store in Black colour with an Golden Rim colour option.
